4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You agree not to misuse the platform in any way, including sharing course materials, attempting to reverse-engineer content, or engaging in harassment of other users. We maintain a calm, supportive environment and will take action against any behavior that disrupts the learning experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, guides, and branding are the exclusive property of Framelix GentleBuild. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for your own use only.

7. Limitations of Liability

Framelix GentleBuild is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
